Tasks
• receive and check international transport orders
• record and process orders
• create transport, freight and customs documents
• obtain freight rates and calculate transport prices
• prepare customs clearance
• daily contact with foreign partners
• proactive customer support
• assist in setting up additional line hauls
• invoice and archive orders
Requirements
• training as a freight forwarding clerk
• 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of land transport
• good knowledge of the Swiss market
• team-oriented and flexible personality
IT
MS Office - good knowledge
Languages
German: native language
English: good spoken and written
