• First point of contact for technical questions about our heat pump systems
• Support for customers, installers and internal employees with technical challenges
• Analysis and solution of complex fault and application cases
• Collaboration with product management, development and service technology
• Support and further development of remote maintenance and monitoring solutions
• Co-design of innovative interfaces between heat pumps, PV systems and digital platforms
• Active participation in the digitalisation and optimisation of our internal processes

Your backpack

• Technical basic training – ideally as a heating installer, electrical installer or in a related profession in house and building technology
• Interest in control, electrical and heat pump technology
• Initial experience with heat pumps or heating systems is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact and technical challenges
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Team player with a strong service orientation
