For demanding technical infrastructure projects in energy technology, we are looking for a
Specialist Requirements and Quality Assurance Substations Construction / Civil Engineer (80-100%)
Your tasks:
- Support the planning of substation construction projects throughout all project phases.
- Responsibility for the technical design of renewal, expansion and maintenance projects in civil and structural engineering of substations.
- Preparation of preliminary projects as well as support in approval procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards in all project phases.
- Support in the implementation of occupational safety, health and environmental protection.
- Promote a trusting and efficient collaboration with internal and external project participants across organisational boundaries.
Your profile:
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering, building technology, energy and environmental technology or a comparable field.
- At least five years of professional experience in the planning and realisation of building, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Sound knowledge in the planning, execution or maintenance of infrastructure projects and ideally experience in high-voltage technology and substations.
- Experience in the planning or design of energy generation or energy transmission facilities is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations in building and civil engineering as well as experience in implementing complex infrastructure projects according to SIA methodology.
- Ability to structure complex work packages and competently advise and support project partners through clear and targeted communication.
- Analytical and solution-oriented working style as well as the ability to convey technical contexts understandably and moderate interdisciplinary teams.
- Communicative, eager to learn and responsible personality with pleasure in collaborating with different stakeholders.
- Experience with the BIM method as well as CAD skills (e.g. Revit, Inventor or AutoCAD) are an advantage.
- Confident handling of MS Office and common project management tools.
- German at native speaker level or at least C1, English at least B2; knowledge of a second national language (French or Italian) at B2 level is an advantage.
