We are responsible for foreign nationals' permits, implement the federal foreign nationals and asylum law, issue biometric Swiss passports and foreigner identity cards, and provide care and integration in our asylum centres.

Housekeeping Specialist (m/f/d)
for the centre with an integration character Kreuzacker in Wil from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement
Workload: 80-100%
Workplace: Wil
What to expect
- You will share responsibility with a colleague for the housekeeping area and ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene and quality standards in your assigned residential area
- You plan and coordinate the housekeeping tasks
- You lead and support residents in housekeeping activities, promote their work skills, and foster a positive work culture
- You assist with environmental tasks and support the cross-departmental centre operations
What distinguishes you
- Completed vocational training in housekeeping, hospitality, facility services, or a comparable qualification
- Ability to guide, motivate people and communicate clear expectations
- Independent and structured working style as well as flexibility with changing tasks
- Team spirit and enjoyment in working with people from different cultures
- Organisational talent, resilience, and sense of responsibility
- Good German and IT skills; driving licence category B is an advantage
