What to expect

• Professional reception and care of customers, guests and visitors
• Organisation and coordination of meeting and conference rooms
• Accompanying and caring for guests as well as professional beverage and guest service
• Preparation and execution of breakfast, lunch, break and aperitif services
• Coordination of catering, orders and inventory
• Ensuring impeccable order and cleanliness while maintaining high quality and service standards in all hospitality areas
• Close cooperation with reception, housekeeping, catering as well as coordination of internal and external contacts
• Support with administrative and organisational tasks

What you bring

• Completed training in hospitality or commercial training in a service-oriented environment
• Further education in hospitality (e.g. hotel management school) is an advantage
• Professional experience in a comparable position
• Fluent German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Solid PC user skills
• Independent working style and flexibility
• Neat appearance
• High service orientation and excellent manners
• Impeccable reputation
