In our Payments Operations area, you will accompany internal bank as well as national and international payment initiatives. You will contribute significantly to ensuring that the Swiss financial center, and thus also Zürcher Kantonalbank, remains a reliable partner in payment transactions in the future.

Your tasks

Analyze, create, accompany, and test requirements for various payment projects in the Finnova processing application
Responsible for the operational management of the applications including action in case of disruptions
Create database evaluations, analyze optimization potentials (e.g., processes / STP rates)
Support the operational business and sales with questions & problems
You work closely with various stakeholders such as product management, specialists, external suppliers, IT architecture, and developers

Your profile

University or technical college degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience as a Business Engineer, preferably in payment transactions
Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
Affinity for technically abstract topics, such as Big Data or application interfaces
Good German skills (B2-C2)
