Project Leader 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and markets pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical, food industry, and cell or DNA research sectors.

This is what you can achieve:

Management & responsibility of projects (multi-project management) of varying complexity in customised plant engineering in the field of liquid handling/laboratory automation.

Leading project teams in a matrix organisation.

Planning and coordinating resources for the implementation of project tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibility for monitoring and achieving project goals regarding scope, costs, schedule and quality.

Preparation and creation of system CE re-certifications and documentation of plants.

Coordination of the interface between internal & external project stakeholders.

Supporting the sales team in the pre-sales phase and requirements gathering.

Preparation of effort estimates and offers.

This is what you bring with you:

Completed technical or scientific training/studies or completed apprenticeship (technical or scientific), as well as at least 5 years of professional experience.

Professional experience in the field of customised engineering or automated life science technology is an advantage.

Experience in agile project management, or willingness to undertake appropriate further training (e.g. PMP, IPMA).

Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
