Graduate Program – AI in the Finance Sector (m/f/d)

The Graduate Program starts on September 1, 2026, and lasts 18 months. You are permanently employed from the start and work in the Group Finance & Risk area with a focus on topics related to Artificial Intelligence.

• You work in the "Finance Transformation" area as a professional home base with exciting projects from day one
• You complete one to two additional assignments in another area (3–6 months) to broaden your perspective
• There is the possibility of a short international assignment (approx. 3–4 weeks)

• By the start, you have a recently completed master's degree with very good results in economics/finance, computer science, or natural sciences
• You bring initial practical experience in dealing with Artificial Intelligence (e.g., through academic work, internships, or specializations)
• You are interested in the application of AI in the finance and risk environment
• You are characterized by joy in collaboration and exchange as well as an independent way of working
• You bring a high willingness to learn and the ability to apply new knowledge practically
• You are fluent in German and English
