Shiptec AG is looking for an committed individual as Employee* Operational Purchasing, 80-100%, permanent, starting by arrangement
Shiptec AG is a subsidiary of SGV AG. It provides technical services with a shipyard and an engineering office in the fields of ship design and engineering, shipbuilding, ship revisions, conversions and ship maintenance in a national and international environment.
Your area of responsibility
- Obtaining and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Creation, recording and dispatch of orders
- Monitoring and coordination of delivery dates
- Checking and posting of creditor invoices
- Maintenance of supplier, article and master data in the ERP system
- Close cooperation with project management, design, production and warehouse
- Participation in the continuous improvement of procurement processes
Requirements profile
- Completed commercial or technical basic training
- Professional experience in purchasing or a comparable function
- Good ERP user knowledge as well as confident handling of MS Office
- Good oral and written German and English skills
- Independent, structured and reliable working method
- Team-oriented, resilient and service-oriented personality
