50% (flexibly deployable (Mon - Sun))
Working hours:
- Monday to Sunday
- Shifts between 07:00 – 16:00 and 15:00 – 22:00
The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.
As part of this development, we are expanding our inhouse home care service. This enables our tenants to live independently in their own apartments within our complex – with the security of professional care in the background.
With this you support us:
- You independently care for and support our clients in their apartments within our institution
- You plan and coordinate your shifts within the building
- You carry out treatment nursing measures professionally
- You take responsibility in the care process (planning, implementation, evaluation)
- You recognise changes early and initiate the necessary steps
- You coordinate with internal interfaces (doctors, therapy, nursing)
- You actively contribute to the establishment and further development of the inhouse home care service
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent recognised qualification
- You bring experience in home care or in an environment with high personal responsibility
- You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner
- You set priorities and organise your workday efficiently
- You make well-founded decisions within your competencies
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are flexible and enjoy taking responsibility
