About the job

The Heilpädagogische Zentrum Hagendorn is specialized in the education and care of children and adolescents with cognitive and/or multiple disabilities. In the orientation stage, young people aged approximately 15 to 18 years are optimally prepared for the transition to adult life. To support our boarding school team, we are looking for a care or nursing specialist starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Creating a diverse educational offer that enables young people optimal social and individual development towards the greatest possible independence
Participation in the promotion planning with ability objectives of the reference youth and delegated assumption of the reference person work
Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives as well as external and internal professionals
Innovative development in the entire institution and in the own team

Your Profile

Completed training as a care specialist EFZ or nursing specialist (HF/FH)
Experience in accompanying children and adolescents with cognitive disabilities or strong motivation to acquire this
Enjoyment of individualized care settings and the design of creative solutions
Humorous and resilient personality
