- Professionally nursing and caring for residents as well as supporting relatives with advice and assistance.
- Ensuring the nursing process and a high quality of care.
- Organising the residential area independently (day management).
- Supporting the team in carrying out nursing and medical tasks.
- Taking on teaching and guidance duties and ensuring up-to-date knowledge management.
You are a good fit for us if you ...
- Have a qualification as a qualified nurse (HF, DN II, AKP) or a Bachelor of Nursing FH.
- Ideally have professional experience in long-term care and working with people with dementia.
- Are willing to take responsibility and show commitment.
- Can think innovatively and creatively and act professionally.
- Are flexible, motivated, a team player, and resident-oriented.
- Have very good oral and written German skills.

The Am Bachgraben Retirement Home is more than a place to live; it is a home for over 210 residents. With over 320 dedicated employees, we offer not only a wide range of nursing and care but also specialised support for people with dementia and in palliative care. Additionally, we assist our residents with acute medical needs and provide holistic and compassionate care in old age.
