About the job
The Property & Portfolio department is responsible for the sustainable development and economic management of the real estate portfolio of Flughafen Zürich AG. In the role of Asset Manager:in within the Property Management & Tenant Relations team, The Circle is at the centre: a versatile, internationally oriented location that combines office spaces, services, gastronomy, hospitality, and health offerings. As an Asset Manager:in, you shape its economic development, positioning, and marketing, and cultivate long-term relationships with tenants, partners, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Your job destination
- As an Asset Manager:in, you represent the owners' interests of The Circle towards tenants, partners, and internal and external stakeholders
- You are responsible for the economic management, marketing, and further development of The Circle, as well as the property-related development and action planning
- You keep an eye on the budget, financial planning, and forecast, analyse revenues, costs, vacancies, and risks, and derive appropriate measures
- You are responsible for the commercial management of The Circle and largely carry this out yourself. This includes, in particular, lease contract management, tenant support, and complex contract and renewal negotiations
- In construction, development, and maintenance measures of the rentable spaces, you represent the economic interests of the ownership and manage costs, schedules, quality, and user requirements
- With the further development of the strategy for Business Spaces and Offices as well as the Circle Community, you set important impulses and keep an eye on relevant market and usage trends
Your skills in your luggage
- A higher real estate economic education or further training, for example as a federally certified real estate trustee, a MAS in Real Estate Management, or a comparable qualification, forms your professional basis
- You bring several years of experience in asset management and commercial management of complex commercial or mixed-use properties
- You are experienced in marketing commercial spaces, key account management, and negotiating complex lease agreements and have very good knowledge of tenancy law
- You combine entrepreneurial and strategic thinking with sound knowledge in budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, as well as experience in the economic management of construction and development projects
- With your pronounced communication, negotiation, and representation skills, you steer various internal and external stakeholders purposefully
- Independent, decisive, and customer-oriented working characterises you. In addition, you recognise relevant market and usage trends and communicate very well in German and well in English
