About the job

Area of responsibility:

• Professional and work-educational leadership and support of people with disabilities in the work process (8-12 employees)
• Guidance, assessment and promotion of employees with disabilities
• Keeping progress records and conducting discussions
• Responsibility for the IT service offering
• Independent planning, organisation and execution of customer orders taking into account quality and deadline requirements
• Production of necessary fixtures and aids
• Responsibility for purchasing materials in the area
• Provision and development of suitable tasks in cooperation with the department management

You bring with you:

• Completed vocational training as a commercial clerk EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Further training in the work-educational field or willingness to complete it
• Very good IT skills
• Independent working style, initiative and resilience
• High level of service orientation and flexibility as well as good organisational and communication skills
• Empathy, good powers of observation and a high tolerance threshold
• Enjoyment in working with people with disabilities
• Open and positive attitude to life as well as good teamwork skills
