About the job
Your tasks include
- Deputising for and supporting the ward management in all tasks
- Responsibility for and implementation of a comprehensive nursing process within the framework of key worker care
- Co-responsibility for preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Support in crisis situations
- Conducting complex conversations with relatives
- Responsibility for and shaping interprofessional collaboration
- Practical training of apprentices and students: guiding, accompanying and supporting
You bring with you
- Qualification as a certified nursing professional HF / FH
- Experience in caring for mentally ill patients
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Good networked thinking
