Technical Internal Sales Energy Distribution (m/f/d) 100%

Do you bring electrical engineering know-how, experience in technical internal sales, and language skills? Then you are right with us.

In this role, you are the central interface between customers, sales, engineering, and production. You handle demanding customer enquiries, prepare technical offers, and accompany projects from enquiry to delivery.

Your tasks

• Preparation and elaboration of offers in the field of energy distribution, especially for transformers
• Technical advice and support for our customers in finding solutions
• Processing of tenders and project enquiries
• Independent handling of customer orders and monitoring of delivery dates
• Accompanying customer and project orders throughout the entire order processing
• Support of key account management
• Coordination between customers, sales, engineering, and production
• Maintenance and updating of customer and order data in the ERP system
• Participation in the optimisation of internal processes and systems

Your profile

• Completed electrical engineering training (e.g. certified electrician EFZ, automation technician EFZ, network electrician EFZ or comparable)
• Further training as a technical sales clerk or technician HF is an advantage
• Several years of experience in technical internal sales, technical order processing, or a comparable function
• Experience in project business or tendering is an advantage
• Knowledge in the field of transformers, energy distribution, or industrial electrical engineering is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good English or French skills for cooperation with customers and business partners
• Strong technical understanding and interest in energy distribution
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of customer contact and collaboration with different stakeholders
