Your Tasks

• Coordination of daily operational business ensuring deadlines, quality and productivity
• Planning and control of personnel, machine and capacity resources
• Professional leadership, induction and development of employees as well as conducting training and instructions
• Active participation in operational business as well as taking on deputy team leader duties
• Implementation and follow-up of KVP, 5S and optimisation measures for continuous process improvement
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and process requirements as well as coordination of cross-departmental agreements

What Convince Us

• Technical basic training, ideally as a polymechanic or comparable qualification, as well as further training as a process specialist, industrial foreman or technician is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in CNC machining, preferably in a regulated production environment
• Experience in professional leadership of employees as well as in deployment and resource planning
• Good MS Office skills and a strong understanding of production and manufacturing processes
• Independent, resilient and solution-oriented personality with high personal responsibility and assertiveness
• Very good German skills (C1), English desirable
