Responsibilities
- Independent macroscopic and histological sample preparation
- Conducting macroscopic examination with precise assessment of surgical specimens and biopsies as well as documentation of findings including digital photo documentation
- Collection of representative tissue samples for histological processing
- Responsible for compliance with quality standards and participation in the optimisation of workflows
Profile
- Completed studies in medicine, biology, human biology, veterinary medicine or comparable
- Experience in macroscopic diagnostics or in a histological laboratory
- Knowledge of pathological changes and human anatomy desired
- Very good German language skills (level C1)
- Good user skills in MS Office are required
