Would you like to take on more responsibility and get started in a central role in the workshop team? We are looking for a reliable deputy for our workshop management who brings both technical know-how and leadership skills.

Construction or Agricultural Machinery Mechanic (m/f) as Deputy Workshop Manager Location: Branch Gundetwil

Your tasks with us

• You take responsibility – whether in the workshop, with the customer, or at the PC. You support the workshop management in leading the team and ensure that all processes run smoothly.
• You contribute your organizational strengths: preparing cost estimates, entering orders in the system (SAP), issuing invoices, and managing tools – that’s exactly your thing.
• Of course, you are also hands-on yourself: you perform service work, repair machines, and take care of their long-term maintenance. You will not only deal with classic construction equipment but also with modern compact construction machines up to 15 tons.

What you bring with you

Completed training as a construction, agricultural machinery, or truck mechanic Several years of professional experience in the workshop – ideally already with responsibility Technical understanding, enjoyment of digital work (SAP, PC, etc.), and a reliable, structured way of working You are communicative, work well in a team, and present yourself friendly and competently to customers Driving license category B
