The Aebi Schmidt Group is looking for a

 
Your tasks with a focus on Aebi agricultural and municipal vehicles:

• End-to-end management of customer orders, from order receipt to delivery and invoicing using SAP R/3 and company-specific programmes.
• Ensuring smooth order processing as the interface between the production plant, third-party suppliers, the in-house workshop, the field sales team, and the customer.
• Processing tenders in collaboration with the field sales team and sales management.
• Managing the company’s own online platform for vehicle rental, including monitoring vehicle availability.
• Planning transport throughout Switzerland.
• Providing cover and support within our team.
• Opportunity to supervise apprentices.

Your background:

• You have completed commercial training with a technical background or technical training with commercial further education or experience.
• You possess good technical understanding and an interest in our products.
• You have good knowledge of SAP R/3 and Microsoft Office.
• You enjoy contact with customers and suppliers and impress with your customer-oriented manner.
• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• You work independently, in a structured and efficient manner, and are characterised by reliability.
• You are communicative, a team player, and service-oriented.
