Swiss Life is the largest private real estate owner in Switzerland. In recent years, several high-quality real estate investment vehicles for third-party clients have been successfully launched. This area is to be further expanded.
The Real Estate Business Development Switzerland within the organisation of Swiss Life Asset Managers is responsible for the further development of product and business areas for third-party clients in the Swiss real estate sector. Our offices are located at the headquarters of Swiss Life Asset Managers in Zurich.
To strengthen our team Real Estate Business Development Switzerland we are looking for a committed, analytically strong and communicative personality as Strategic Real Estate Partnerships & Initiatives Manager (m/f/d) with a workload of 80-100%.
Expertise
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering Sciences or Real Estate Economics, ideally with a specialised further qualification (CFA, CAIA) or aiming to complete it soon
- 1-3 years of professional experience in the real estate industry with sound knowledge of real estate investments (direct and indirect) and the capital market
- Experience in preparing market analyses and enthusiasm for leading initiatives in a structured and results-oriented manner
- Affinity for creating market analyses and presentations
- Precise, structured working style as well as a high degree of initiative
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of other IT tools and applications (e.g. Power BI, Python, R, Alphaprop) is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
