What tasks await you?

• Independent execution of heat and operating cost billing.
• Support in the area of tariffs & controlling.
• Customer support and processing of commercial as well as technical customer changes.
• Administrative support for project managers in metering technology as well as plausibility checks of measurement values.
• Participation in energy data management, including plausibility checks, data corrections, and support with balancing issues.
• Active involvement in digitalisation and automation projects to further develop and increase efficiency in the heat contracting area.

What do we expect from you?

• Good knowledge of SAP IS-U, ideally with experience in billing, as well as a commercial or comparable qualification. SAP and specialist knowledge will be specifically deepened during the induction.
• Knowledge in the energy sector or in energy or heat billing is an advantage.
• You work with a numbers affinity, structured and independently, and at the same time enjoy collaborating in a team.
• You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel.
• You are characterised by willingness to learn, reliability, and a careful working style.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
