About the team
Our operations team consists of around 84 employees, distributed across six shift groups. The collegial cooperation creates a noticeably positive working atmosphere.
Tasks and responsibilities
Monitoring and operating the plant in the control room in a 3-shift system according to regulations
Coordination and execution of all switching operations in the main control room, emergency control stations, and the plant, including safeguards and lockouts
Planning and conducting tests and rounds for the flawless and safe operation of the plant
Support in system maintenance and preparation of the plant for maintenance work
Participation in revision shutdowns
Attendance of regular training and further education, also at the company’s own power plant simulator
Opportunity for further training to shift supervisor with appropriate suitability
Profile and skills
Completed technical apprenticeship in mechanical/electrical engineering or other technical field
Several years of professional experience in industry or trade is an advantage
Technical HF qualification is a plus but not a requirement
