Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Process Engineering 90 - 100%
What you can achieve:
- Interface work between the central quality management of CENTRAVO HOLDING AG, your assigned site as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Exemplifying service provider mentality and appreciative, lateral leadership
- Supporting the Head of Quality Management and your site in o Creating documents for risk management for food safety and quality
o ISO standard-compliant, digitised documentation
o Developing didactically reduced, language- and education-level-independent training materials for
food safety and quality for direct use at all operational, leadership and
management levels
o Collaboration with peers and stakeholders as well as active participation in "teach the teachers"
o Process engineering for food safety and quality according to the PDCA cycle in connection with measure triage and appreciative leadership
o Internal and external audits - Supporting the Heads of Quality Management as well as Quality Assurance & Process Engineering in food safety incidents and in the event of epidemics
- Regular site inspections
- Continuous verification of manufacturing processes and validation of defined risk mitigation measures
- Implementing corrective actions including material blocking/release as well as training, coaching, motivating and confronting site employees
- Cross-departmental and cross-site professional project collaboration as needed
What you bring:
- Completed BSc degree (or higher) in food technology, food sciences, process engineering or a related life science course
- Initial professional experience in a regulated production facility (food, pharma)
- Enjoyment of working with people
- Willingness to learn and multitasking ability
- High degree of self-organisation and situational flexibility
- Empathy and negotiation skills
- Didactic reduction ability
- Hands-on and service provider mentality
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written, French skills an advantage
