Logistics Specialist for IT Hardware 80-100% (a) Schwerzenbach

Your Tasks

• Goods Receipt & Quality Control: Acceptance, inspection, and documentation of IT hardware deliveries (servers, laptops, network components, etc.) as well as reconciliation with orders and reporting of discrepancies
• Warehouse Management: Organisation and maintenance of our hardware warehouse (physical and digital) as well as conducting inventories and stock management
• Provision & Shipping: Compilation of deliveries for customers and internal projects as well as packaging, labelling, and shipping preparation
• Optimising Logistics Processes: Participation in the further development of our logistics procedures (e.g. digitalisation, automation) as well as close collaboration with the sales back office and IT delivery
• Special Tasks: Vehicle management as well as activities in facility management at the Schwerzenbach site
   

Your Profile 

• Completed training in logistics, warehouse management, or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in warehouse logistics or shipping processing (IT industry advantageous)
• Careful and structured working style
• Physical resilience (lifting packages up to 20 kg)
• Good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Abacus, SAPB1, Microsoft Dynamics) or warehouse management software
• Driving licence class B (for occasional trips to partners or customers by car or minibus)
