Our client is an established care centre in the Zurich region, which supports people competently and empathetically in everyday life with over 100 inpatient care places as well as day and night care services. Around 135 employees are committed to holistic care in a family environment, supported by high nursing expertise. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a dedicated person as a Health Specialist EFZ with an additional role as a vocational trainer from now or by arrangement.

- Taking over professional and needs-oriented care of residents

- Supporting residents in everyday life

- Accompanying FaGe and AGS apprentices during training

- Promoting the professional development of apprentices

- Supporting the personal development of apprentices

- Co-designing training content for apprentices

- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ

- Completed vocational trainer course or interest in it
