As a service painter, you implement our orders professionally, on time, and according to high-quality standards – leaving behind projects that impress with their perfect execution.

Your tasks

• You plan, coordinate, and independently carry out painting work within the scope of tenant requests.
• You provide competent advice, select the appropriate materials, and apply colors and coatings professionally.
• You determine and calculate the costs for individual orders, prepare cost estimates.
• You ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines, thus guaranteeing a safe working environment.
• You support the training of apprentices.

Your profile

• Completed training as a painter EFZ and several years of professional experience as a customer painter
• Further training as a site manager in the painting trade and extensive experience in mold treatment/fighting.
• You work very structured, organized, and independently.
• You are characterized by high customer orientation and pronounced social skills in daily contact with our residents.
• As a team player, you reliably and actively support your colleagues.
• You have confident MS Office skills and handle administrative tasks routinely.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form are required.
• Category B driving license mandatory
