- Counseling of persons with refugee status (B, F-FL.), provisional admission (VAA), asylum seekers (N) as well as persons seeking protection (S) in personal, material, financial and legal matters according to the mandate of the Health, Social and Integration Directorate (GSI)
- Clarification of subsidiarity
- Calculation of budgets for clients according to cantonal guidelines
- Promotion and support of linguistic, professional and social integration according to the GSI mandate
- Maintaining the database and data processing in the case management system (NFAM)
- Cooperation and networking with internal and external agencies
- Completed training in social work
- Professional experience in statutory social work as well as in the asylum sector is an advantage
- Good IT skills
- Flexibility, independence and high resilience
