At the Loomatt residential home in Stallikon, you will find a varied working day, a dedicated team, and room for co-creation.

The RgZ Foundation has been supporting the development, life design, and social integration of people with motor impairments, developmental disabilities, intellectual or multiple disabilities for over 65 years.

In eight early counselling and therapy centres for children, two special education schools, two day centres, a sheltered workshop, a bicycle workshop, a restaurant, six socially pedagogically supervised apartments, and a residential home for adults, around 280 employees annually promote, teach, care for, and employ approximately 3,400 children, adolescents, and adults.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated care person from 01.11.2026 or by arrangement.

Care Specialist/Health Specialist, Health and Social Assistant or Career Changer (60–80%)

Your tasks
• You accompany adults with multiple disabilities in their daily lives
• You support nursing activities and promote independence and participation
• You jointly create an individual and varied daily routine with the residents
• You participate in leisure activities, household tasks, and daily structures

Your profile
• Training as a Care Specialist or willingness to acquire the necessary knowledge. Being a trainer for Care Specialists would be an additional advantage
• Enjoyment in working with people
• Ideally, experience in the disability sector
• Willingness to work early, late, and weekend shifts (no night shifts or split shifts)
• Good knowledge of German
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
