Health Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) 40 - 80%
Your tasks
As a Health Specialist EFZ, you are jointly responsible for professional treatment, care and support of our clients. You independently carry out basic and treatment care, taking into account the company guidelines. Furthermore, you take an active role in interdisciplinary collaboration and represent the needs of the clients.
What we offer you
An exciting and varied range of tasks with a lot of personal responsibility as well as a thorough introduction to our company. You do not have split shifts and can independently create the duty roster in a small team with your colleagues.
You work fixed in one of the two shifts or partly in the day and partly in the late shift:
Day shift: 06:45 – approx. 12:00 and 13:00 – approx. 16:30
Late shift: 16:45 – approx. 23:30
You have at least five weeks of holiday and can additionally apply for unpaid leave. We value personal development and a healthy work-life balance, for example through an annual leisure voucher. You can use our parking spaces free of charge, a vehicle fleet is available for assignments as well as free mineral water, fruit and bread. In addition, we grant you two paid 15-minute breaks daily.
