About the job
The Clinic for Anaesthesia, Intensive Care and Pain Therapy (KAIS) provides anaesthesiological, intensive care and pain therapy services with over 20 doctors at the Hirslanden Clinic St. Anna in Lucerne. To further develop our preoperative patient care, we are establishing a new, central process for the structured preparation of our patients. The aim is to further improve the quality and efficiency of preoperative assessment and to optimally support our anaesthetists in premedication. For this exciting development phase, we are looking for a committed individual with organisational talent, medical expertise and enthusiasm for process design to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Assuming leadership and process responsibility
- Responsibility for coordinating and continuously developing preoperative patient preparation
- Active participation in the preoperative preparation of our patients
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with the specialist departments of Hirslanden Clinic St. Anna
- Ensuring professional and target-group appropriate communication with patients, doctors and other stakeholders
- Creating evaluations, key figures and presentations to monitor and optimise preoperative processes
Your profile
- Networked thinking leader with medical training (MPA, Dipl. Expert in Anaesthesia Care / Emergency Care NDS HF, qualified nurse FH/HF)
- Strong organisational skills and enthusiasm for process optimisation
- Good knowledge of practice and clinical information systems as well as very good MS Office skills
- Communicative and positive personality with a strong service orientation
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Networked and forward-thinking with pragmatic solution orientation
- Enjoyment in active thinking
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and initiative
- Initial leadership experience or interest in a leadership role
