Your area of responsibility

You take over the training and support of future drivers and actively contribute to ensuring a high level of safety and quality in driving operations. You pass on your knowledge, accompany new employees during their induction and contribute to the continuous development of training processes.

 Your tasks

• You train prospective drivers throughout their entire training and accompany them.

• You take responsibility for the project to further develop the internal driving school.

• You conduct practical training for obtaining the category D driving licence.

• You provide theoretical and practical training for obtaining trolleybus driving authorisation.

• You conduct driving tests and assessments of candidates.

• You organise additional training after accidents, incidents or based on insights from practice.

• You ensure the continuous further training of drivers.

• You contribute to the optimisation and further development of training processes.

• You develop and update training materials in collaboration with the technical service.

• You advise employees on questions regarding road traffic and driving operations.

• You occasionally take on assignments in driving service.

• You create and update training documentation in German and French.

• You maintain and further develop cooperation with training institutions and partner companies.

Your profile

• You hold a category D driving instructor licence or are in the process of obtaining it.
• You have professional experience in training bus drivers and ideally also in adult education.
• You are a reliable, committed, flexible and responsible person with strong pedagogical skills.
• You convince with natural leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
• You are patient and enjoy accompanying adults during their training.
• You are a team player.
• You work in an organised, independent and responsible manner.
• You have very good knowledge of German and French.
