Your tasks
You are responsible in Project Management for the planning, control and successful implementation of demanding ICT projects. In doing so, you coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality objectives, and accompany customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
In Service Management, you are responsible for ensuring and continuously optimising the agreed ICT services. You monitor service levels, analyse key figures and manage incident, problem, change and release processes.
You have experience in ICT project and service management, good knowledge of ITIL as well as a structured, analytical and customer-oriented way of working. Communication skills, organisational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in complex situations complete your profile.
Your profile
Advanced professional training FA/HF or equivalent
Several years of experience in ICT project and service management
Sound knowledge of incident, problem, change and release management according to ITIL and project management methods
Understanding of service processes as well as SLA and KPI control
Strong communication, leadership and social skills
High customer and service orientation
Organisational talent as well as experience in budget and resource management
Very good German and English skills, French an advantage
Workplace: Bern or Emmenbrücke
