The Boulderlounge is more than just a bouldering gym – it is a meeting place for movement, encounters, and a vibrant community. Whether before the first climbing session, during a break, or over coffee afterwards: we want our guests to feel comfortable with us.
For this, we are looking for an upbeat, reliable personality who manages our reception and counter and ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes in the bistro.

For our lively, cool team in Schlieren we are looking for reinforcement! You are confident, friendly, easy-going, helpful, and ready to provide our guests with top service? And you are not too proud to pick up the broom and cleaning cloth?
Good German, preferably English, and a service-oriented working style are required. Regular shifts during the day and at weekends are part of the job. You are also motivated and flexible to step in spontaneously at the counter for ad hoc shifts. You can expect a young, motivated team. We offer attractive working conditions in an interesting leisure sports sector that is becoming increasingly established.

For our new bouldering gym in Schlieren we are looking for trainers and course instructors with experience for our Wednesday courses, as well as adult courses in the evening.
