Bächli Bergsport is the leading Swiss specialist shop for mountaineering, climbing, expeditions, hiking, ski touring and snowshoeing. In ten sales branches in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, two sales branches in the French-speaking part and one branch in Ticino, we offer our discerning customers the best products and brands, expert advice and top-class service.

• Under professional guidance, you take responsibility for purchasing, managing and developing the backpack and travel luggage assortment.
• You independently take care of recording and maintaining article data and reliably process orders.
• You ensure optimal inventory management and make sure in the ERP system that the goods are available at the right place on time.
• You support the purchasing team throughout the entire purchasing process and are in contact with suppliers and branch employees.
• You gain valuable insights into product management and assortment design and continuously develop your purchasing skills.

• You have a commercial background or have completed an apprenticeship as a retail specialist.
• You have already gained several years of professional experience, preferably in the sporting goods industry.
• You actively practise mountain sports (e.g. climbing, high-altitude tours, ski touring) and are interested in mountain sports equipment.
• You communicate proactively and appreciatively within the team and can express yourself confidently in German and English.
• You are characterised by a high awareness of quality and an independent working style.
