Tasks
- Offer individual and personal advice to clients in specific life situations.
- Coordinate between clients, service providers, and Sanitas effectively.
- Review inpatient cost approval requests with medical reports together with the trust physician.
Skills
- You are fluent in German and have strong French skills (C1 level).
- Several years of experience in social insurance or healthcare sector.
- High service orientation and a proactive working approach.

About the job
What you achieve:
- Individual and personal advice as well as support for customers in specific life situations (e.g. hospitalizations)
- Coordination between customer, service providers, and Sanitas
- Review of inpatient cost approval requests based on medical reports in cooperation with the trusted physician
- Through an offer of unique services, you create real added value for your customers in daily telephone contact (inbound and outbound)
Why you succeed:
- Your native language is German and you have very good French skills (level C1 spoken and written)
- You have completed medical or commercial training
- Several years of experience in social insurance or healthcare
- You convince our customers through your high service orientation, your can-do mentality, and your committed working style
- You enjoy personal, telephone, and written contact with people and are interested in health topics
