Tasks
- Support 72 residents with a colleague during night shifts.
- Ensure the safety of residents throughout the night.
- Document relevant incidents and lead handover reports.
Skills
- Minimum age of 25, no prior experience in social work needed.
- Empathy and adaptability to changing situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with mental health issues.

Your tasks
- Supporting the 72 residents together with a colleague during the night from 20:45 to 07:15
- Co-responsible for the safety of the residents during the night
- Point of contact for external locations
- Documentation of relevant incidents during the night and conducting handover reports
Your profile
- Minimum age 25 years, career changers welcome
- Interest in and access to people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to empathically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
