We are looking for a precise, resilient personality for the Department of Population Services. You will complement our team as

from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

In this role, you support the social workers in the area of child and adult protection in all administrative matters. Your main tasks include paying and posting invoices, monthly checking the accounting of clients, commercial support in preparing initial inventories, as well as handling various social insurance matters of the clients. You appreciate a lively working environment and can apply your solution-oriented and communicative skills as well as your specialist knowledge well.

Our expectations

For this demanding and interesting activity, you bring a completed commercial training and several years of professional experience, ideally in a social service. You have a flair for numbers and are used to working independently, conscientiously, and precisely. In addition, you have a pronounced service awareness. Knowledge of social insurance and the software KLIB complete your profile. We wish for our team an open and committed personality who enjoys their profession.
