ZUGTRUST AG in Cham is an established trust company specialising in the support of national and international clients. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable Trust Officer (80% – 100%, m/f/d). Tasks

In this versatile position, you will undertake the following activities, among others:

• Managing financial accounting for national and international clients
• Preparing interim and annual financial statements
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Payroll accounting and personnel administration
• Supporting tax declarations for natural and legal persons
• Advising and supporting our clients on fiduciary matters

Qualifications

For this position, you ideally bring the following qualifications:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in the fiduciary sector (e.g. fiduciary specialist certificate or in training for it)
• Experience in accounting and fiduciary services
• Good knowledge of Swiss VAT and tax regulations
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally fiduciary software (e.g. Abacus, Sage)
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Friendly and professional demeanour as well as enjoyment of customer contact
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, English and/or French skills are an advantage
