About the job
The beautifully situated Hochweid Retirement Centre in Kilchberg includes a retirement and nursing home with space for around 48 residents as well as a care living group with 10 places for people with dementia. The focus of our work is on palliative care and dementia care. Also part of our centre is a retirement settlement with 53 retirement apartments as well as 5 additional retirement apartments in the Conradstift at Dorfstrasse 80/82.
