The Directorate Migros Engineering Solutions is the Migros competence centre for the development and support of comprehensive solutions, among others in the areas of supply chain, logistics management, etc. Our planning team is now looking for reinforcement by an experienced person with an engineering background who, in addition to classic project management, would also like to deal with the automation of logistics processes.

What you will achieve

• Conceptualising, planning and realising demanding projects in the field of operational and logistics planning at companies within the Migros Group
• Developing innovative solutions for storage, picking and goods flow systems and specifying and tendering such systems with a focus on automation
• Consulting and supporting analyses and potential assessments within the framework of strategic projects
• Preparing decision-making bases, e.g. master plans for management
• Supporting knowledge transfer within the Migros Group

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: as an engineer or in process and production engineering
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience as a project manager from conceptualisation, planning to realisation
• Proven expertise in plant, operational and logistics planning in an industrial environment
• Conceptual and process-oriented thinking skills as well as quick comprehension
• High customer focus, high initiative and willingness to embrace change
• Experience in dealing with interfaces to construction, IT or operational technology
• German (C1)
• French (A2)
