Our well-coordinated team of 30 employees provides accounting services for social institutions, associations, and cantonal authorities in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Your tasks:
- Preparation of annual financial statements according to OR or Swiss GAAP FER
- Preparation, evaluation, and analysis of cost accounting
- Support of accounting including payroll accounting during bottlenecks at our office or on-site with our clients
- Establishment, implementation, and evaluation of asset accounting
- Support in the preparation of budgets
- Support audit team in special audits or limited audits
Additional possible tasks
- Support in the introduction of the Lobos software for our RediNet clients
- Support audit team in special audits or limited audits
- Financing and planning calculations for new constructions and renovations
- Conduct presence or online training in the field of accounting
What you bring:
- Completed professional training in finance and accounting such as Bachelor/Master in Business Administration, professional certificate in accounting/fiduciary or an expert title in controlling/fiduciary
- Several years of practical experience in accounting including confidence in financial statements, ideally experience in auditing
- Good knowledge of Office products (especially Excel)
- Flexibility, resilience, motivation, high service and team orientation
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking, independent and precise working style as well as recipient-oriented communication
