The company Metroglas AG, based in Affoltern am Albis, is a 100% subsidiary of Metrohm AG in Herisau. Metroglas AG develops and produces sensors with around 80 employees for the worldwide sale of Metrohm AG products.

Your tasks

• Manufacture of electrodes on the glass lathe and at the table
• Production of various high-quality glass products made of soft and hard glass
• Independent work according to defined work instructions and drawings
• Work under the microscope
• Participation in development projects

We expect from you:

• Successfully completed vocational training as an apparatus glassblower with professional experience or many years of practical experience in industrial glass processing
• Reliability, independence and clean, precise working method
• Flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of German
• Openness to new things
