Your tasks
- As the therapeutic lead of our forensic ward, you take professional responsibility for high-quality treatment and thus decisively shape the therapeutic direction of the ward.
- Leading and supporting the medical and psychological staff is part of your responsibilities, as is accompanying their professional and personal development.
- You are responsible for the continuous professional training of the medical and psychological staff under your supervision, ensuring sustainable professional development.
- You actively contribute your expertise to the further development of modern treatment concepts and help shape their orientation along the entire forensic psychiatric treatment chain.
- A constructive interprofessional collaboration is as important to you as consistently high treatment quality, for which you are committed in your daily work.
Your profile
- A FMH specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or a foreign specialist certificate recognised by MEBEKO is a prerequisite for this demanding role.
- Ideally, you hold the FMH subspecialty title in forensic psychiatry and psychotherapy or are willing to acquire it as part of your further professional development.
- You enjoy leading staff and have an interest in developing concepts and processes.
- You value working in interdisciplinary teams and impress with your communicative and integrative personality.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, enable secure communication and complete your professional profile for this varied role.

First day at work
On the first day, you will be onboarded with your new team and other colleagues. You will set up your new workplace and get an overview of your upcoming tasks. You will also receive your individual induction plan to help you settle in quickly.
