Our Technical Service is a central success factor of our company: fast, competent and customer-oriented. To strengthen our team, we are looking for exclusively experienced service technicians with proven experience in the dental sector. Unfortunately, applications from beginners or career changers cannot be considered.

Your Tasks

technically demanding and versatile

• Specialised technical service on dental treatment units and/or X-ray devices
• Installation, maintenance and repair of dental medical devices on site
• Technical support via remote maintenance and telephone
• Assembly, commissioning and dismantling of complete practice equipment including construction supervision
• Integration of medical technology systems into existing IT and practice infrastructures
• Instruction and training of our customers in handling new devices
• Technical advice and support for the sales teams

Your Profile

professionally experienced and customer-oriented

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable technical training
• At least 2 years of professional experience in technical service in the dental sector (mandatory requirement)
• Solid experience with treatment units and/or X-ray devices
• NIV15 permit advantageous
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering, mechatronics or medical technology
• Confident handling of IT systems and interest in digital technologies
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) advantageous
• Independent, structured working style as well as confident, customer-oriented manner
• Driving licence category B and willingness to travel within Switzerland
