Shape the future of payment transactions at Zürcher Kantonalbank with us. An exciting role as a Business Engineer awaits you. In our Payments Operations division, you will support both internal bank and national as well as international payment initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring that Zürcher Kantonalbank remains a reliable partner in payment processing in the future.

Your Tasks

Analyse, create, accompany and test requirements for various payment projects in the processing applications Finnova and SWIFT
Responsible for the operational management of the applications including action in case of disruptions
Create database evaluations, analyse optimisation potentials (e.g. processes / STP rates)
Support the operational team with questions and problem-solving
Work with various stakeholders such as product management, subject matter experts, external suppliers, IT architecture and developers

Your Profile

University / University of Applied Sciences degree or equivalent professional experience
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Engineer in the financial services environment is required; experience in payment transactions, with SWIFT and Finnova is a great advantage
Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
Analytical mindset to understand technically abstract topics such as Big Data or application interfaces
Curiosity & motivation to learn new things
Good German language skills (B2-C2)
