Shape the future of payment transactions at Zürcher Kantonalbank with us. An exciting role as a Business Engineer awaits you. In our Payments Operations division, you will support both internal bank and national as well as international payment initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring that Zürcher Kantonalbank remains a reliable partner in payment processing in the future.
Your Tasks
- Analyse, create, accompany and test requirements for various payment projects in the processing applications Finnova and SWIFT
- Responsible for the operational management of the applications including action in case of disruptions
- Create database evaluations, analyse optimisation potentials (e.g. processes / STP rates)
- Support the operational team with questions and problem-solving
- Work with various stakeholders such as product management, subject matter experts, external suppliers, IT architecture and developers
Your Profile
- University / University of Applied Sciences degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Engineer in the financial services environment is required; experience in payment transactions, with SWIFT and Finnova is a great advantage
- Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
- Analytical mindset to understand technically abstract topics such as Big Data or application interfaces
- Curiosity & motivation to learn new things
- Good German language skills (B2-C2)
