Your Tasks
- Assessment, observation and documentation of the care process
- Implementation of nursing measures such as basic care of our patients
- Conducting conversations and supporting our patients in everyday life and during therapies
- Planning and conducting group activities
- Promoting a conscious, active approach to the illness through information and advice
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified elderly care nurse (m/f/d) or nursing specialist
- Professional experience in elderly care desirable
- Empathy and sensitivity towards our patients and their relatives
- Ability to work in a team and resilience
- Proficient use of clinic-specific ERP systems
