Team Leader Sales Support & Marketing

Your tasks:

• Organisational, personnel and professional management of the Sales Support & Marketing team
• Ensuring and actively participating in the efficient handling of day-to-day operations (preparation of presentations, processing of enquiries, contract management, training and event coordination)
• Supporting the sales team in insurance-related matters
• Ensuring smooth communication in collaboration with other departments
• Planning and coordinating marketing activities and supporting employees in implementation
• Ensuring the interface with sales partners and suppliers
• Supporting the supervisor with various sales, compliance and project tasks
• Responsible for creating and adhering to the marketing budget

 What you bring:

• Commercial training (preferably in the insurance industry) with further business management education (advantageous)
• Several years of experience in the internal service area of an insurance agency and interest in marketing
• Strong leadership qualities and enjoyment in developing employees
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong customer and service orientation, as well as high quality awareness
• Strong analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented skills
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Targeted and confident communication in German and French, Italian is an advantage
• VBV certification (or willingness to obtain it)
