Estimator / Purchaser Timber Construction 80-100%
Your contribution with us
- You prepare quotations, determine quantities based on plans and calculate prices for timber construction projects
- You create work calculations and accompany projects from the tender phase to execution
- You are responsible for project procurement, obtain offers from suppliers and subcontractors and compare them technically and price-wise
- You negotiate contracts with subcontractors and material suppliers and conclude them in coordination with project management
- You maintain calculations and keep master data as well as reference values up to date
- You coordinate with site management and workshop planning to ensure material and scheduling align
- You assess opportunities and risks in tenders and incorporate these into the bidding strategy
- You check invoices from suppliers and subcontractors for compliance with agreed conditions
What counts for us
- Completed apprenticeship as a carpenter or basic training in the construction industry
- Further training as foreman, timber construction technician HF or site manager, or equivalent is an advantage
- Practical experience in calculation, AVOR or procurement of timber and wood-based materials
- Confident handling of industry software and MS Office
- Good sense for quantities, materials and prices in timber construction
- Negotiation skills as well as an independent and responsible working style complete your profile
