For our Kochoptik specialist store in Glattzentrum we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as Store Manager 80–100%

Your Tasks

As Store Manager, you take overall responsibility for our branch and are an important contact person for our team as well as our customers.

• 👓 Leading, motivating and developing the team
• Responsibility for the personnel and operational management of the specialist store
• Active and competent advice to our customers
• Ensuring a high level of consulting and service quality
• Responsibility for sales, targets and business management key figures
• Planning and organising daily business
• Promoting a positive and appreciative working atmosphere
• Implementing the company strategy and sales targets
• Ensuring an appealing product presentation
• Role model in consulting, sales and customer service

Your Profile

• Completed training in optometry, ideally as an EFZ optician or certified optometrist
• Several years of professional experience and ideally leadership experience
• Enjoyment in leading, supporting and motivating people
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility
• Sales strength and enthusiasm for high-quality glasses and current trends
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Confident, likeable and professional appearance
• Enjoyment of teamwork and shared success
